In conjunction with the opening of the new galleries at the James W. and Lois I. Richmond Center for Visual Arts at Western Michigan University, I saw an opportunity to christen the 50″ plasma panels in the new facility. One panel sits at that entrance to the new galleries and the second just above on the second floor. With my Spring 2007 video class in mind, a call for video work was placed which resulted in 32 videos from 35 artists across the US and Ontario Canada under the framework of Ritual and Repetition.
